Take time out of your daily routines for some self-care with this short guided meditation to help you relax and heal using pink and golden light imagery, to heal and restore your body harmony and relax your nervous system.

We use pink light because it is a great healing colour with nurturing properties and encourages emotional healing through feelings of compassion, love, and emotional stability. This color is calming and soothing.

Golden Light can be thought of as equivalent to unconditional love.
